What we collect

The details you send us through the request form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, company, email address, country and message.

Why we use it

To answer your request and to prepare samples or a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who else sees it

Our website host stores the site and its form on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your request and any business that follows. After that, we delete it.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you choose a language, a small cookie remembers that choice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
